You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Discord account to use the Service. By using Riverton One, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Service Description
Riverton One is a multi-functional Discord bot that offers features such as:
• Moderation tools
• Utility commands
• Ticketing system
• Tag management
• Roblox integrations
• Server and moderation loggin
• ...and more.
The bot can be added to Discord servers globally and used by authorized server members under the server owner’s discretion.
Account Authentication
You must log in using your existing Discord account to access or manage certain aspects of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any actions taken through your server.
Premium Features and Payments
We offer premium features available via:
• Monthly subscriptions
• One-time purchases
All payments are handled through Stripe, a trusted third-party provider. Prices and features will be displayed and featured on our website by accessing https://riverton.one/premium.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected]. After this period, all payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates:
• The Discord Terms of Service
• Applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
We prohibit the use of our Service for harassment, abuse, exploitation, spamming, or any other behavior that causes harm or interferes with other users’ enjoyment of the Service.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban access to our Service — including premium access — for violations of these Terms or the Discord ToS. Suspension may occur without prior notice if the violation is serious or poses a risk to our service or users.
Intellectual Property
All original content, code, designs, branding, and documentation related to Riverton One are the intellectual property of Riverton One and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riverton One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access or alteration to your data or servers
• Any third-party content or conduct on the platform
